If you're reading this then chances are you're wondering about what our delivery services are like and how long things might take to arrive. I'll give you a simple version and then I'll break it down a little more:

Dispatch time:

Generally speaking, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 WORKING days from when you place your order. So if you order on a Friday it's usually sent Monday or Tuesday. Occasionally if we're busy we might go over that time frame.

How are orders sent:

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. And work as followed:

• Tracked 48 - £3.25
• Over £30 spend (after discounts) - FREE

Simple.

Local Collect

We offer free local collect, so if you happen to live locally - we're Unit 13B Darren Drive, NP11 5AR - then feel free to come and collect.

We're usually open Monday to Friday 9-2, but feel free to get in touch just in case.

International Orders

Due to recent EU changes we don't currently ship to the EU. We do however ship to the US. We may ship to other locations around the world, for more information you can either pop in your address at the checkout and see if it works or simply drop us a message.

Custom charges

There is a STRONG chance that you will get a customs charge and fee upon getting your items. We are NOT registered for the IOSS service for applying tax on international orders. We will look into it, but as of right now we are not. This means items go DDU. Which means Delivery Duty Unpaid. If you do get a customs fee at the end please let us know.
